Sultana Raisin is similar to the golden raisin, only it has been treated with Aqua Regia. This is one pampered sweet tasting raisin, it will be baked under natural sunlight for 6-7 days before being fit for sale. There are two ways in which this raisin would be described, either by grade of color or by number. The variance of color would be between dark brown to light brown or between, them numbers 8-11, the higher the number the lighter the color.
